Organic products refer to the products produced, processed and sold for human consumption and animal consumption that meet the national standards for organic products in China. Organic product certification refers to the qualification assessment conducted by the certification body according to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification and the organic product certification rules for the production, processing and sales of related products in accordance with the national standard for organic products GB/T19630-2019 Organic Products.
Scope of certification
China's organic product certification implements the directory management system. The products applied for certification should be included in the Certification Catalogue of Organic Products (Announcement No. 22 in 2019) revised and published by the Certification and Accreditation Administration on November 6, 2019. The certification categories mainly include production, processing and operation.

Certification process
Validity of certificate
The validity period of China Organic Certification is one year, and a re certification application shall be submitted to Greenwood 3 months before the expiration of the certification certificate.
